Lifetime Color Warranty – Terms & Details

What is covered:

• Your Midnight Valley piece will keep its color for life under normal everyday use.

• We use stainless steel plated via the PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process, which helps protect against fading, tarnishing, and discoloration.

• Our waterproof finish means the jewelry is safe with water, sweat, perfume, lotions, and regular wear.

What’s not covered:

• Loss or theft of any jewelry piece.

• Damage from misuse (e.g. wearing in harsh chemicals, heavy manual labor, or dropping/blunt trauma).

• Surface scratches caused by forcing bangles/rings together or contact with rough surfaces.

• Color change due to intentional modifications, alterations, or repair by third parties.

How to make a claim:

• Email us at [support@midnightvalleyjewelry.com] with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.

• If we determine the issue falls under the warranty, we’ll either replace or repair the piece (depending on the case).

Important points:

• The warranty is non-transferable (only valid for original purchaser).

• We may request proof of purchase.
