Shipping

Items will be shipped with Canada post within 24 - 48 Hours from the time your order is placed, unless stated on the item page or special orders. Orders generally arrive within 5 - 7 days depending on your location. We ship from Birtle, MB.

Shipping within Canada
Shipping is FREE for all orders by regular Canada Post. If you would like expedited shipping or upgrade your packaging the fee is $16.00

Shipping to the USA
Shipping to the USA is a minimum of $16 - Extra charges may apply.

Local Pickup or Delivery
We have local pickup available at the office in Birtle, MB. Choose “Local Pickup” - option at checkout. Call or text to make arrangements.

Exchanges & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lux Jewellery…. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases.. We will exchange or give a store credit within 2 weeks of you receiving your order.

To exchange or return an item please email pamelaswanson@luxjewellers.ca  with the order number. We will then email you instructions.

Exchanged items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged items will be replaced at the cost of Lux Jewellers.

ALL Clearance items are Final Sale.
Custom made items and personalized items are Final Sale.
