Normal Everyday Use
Our jewelry is designed for real life — showers, sleep, perfume, accidental contact. However, we do not cover damage from misuse, harsh chemicals, extreme wear, lost items or intentional damage.

Return / Refund Window

• Full refund available within 30 days of delivery for items that meet our return criteria.

• Between 31-60 days, eligible items can be exchanged or receive store credit valid for two weeks.

Condition for Returns / Exchanges

• Item must be unused, in original packaging.

• No damage caused by misuse.

• Clearance, custom, or personalized pieces are final sale.

How to Start a Return / Exchange

• Email [your support email] with your order number + photos if relevant.

• We’ll provide return instructions.

• Return shipping is on you, unless item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Shipping & Return Requirements

• Use tracked and insured shipping.

• Use the original box/pouch if possible.

• Include proof of purchase.

Processing Times

• Once we receive your return and inspect it, refunds/exchanges will be processed in 3-5 business days.

Damaged / Faulty Items

• We replace items damaged in transit or faulty. Send us photos and we’ll make it right — no extra cost to you.
