Yes. Every piece is made with 18K gold PVD plating over stainless steel, which makes it 100% waterproof, sweat-proof, and ocean-proof. I’ve personally tested it in hot tubs, ocean water, and daily showers — it still looks amazing.
Absolutely. Our stainless steel base is nickel-safe, and the PVD process helps protect skin. Many of our customers with sensitive skin say they can wear our pieces daily with no irritation.
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a process that bonds 18K gold onto stainless steel at a molecular level. It’s far more durable than electroplating, which is why we can confidently offer a lifetime color warranty.
No — our pieces are designed for everyday life. That said, storing them carefully helps prevent scratches from friction (e.g., bangles rubbing together while you sleep).
Rinse after saltwater or chlorine exposure, pat dry with a soft cloth, and store in a pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches. A quick polish cloth wipe makes it sparkle like new.
Orders & Shipping
You have30 days from delivery for a full refund if your item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Between 31–60 days, you may exchange your item or receive store credit valid for two weeks.
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over $99 in Canada and the U.S.

Yes! Local pickup is available from our Birtle office. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout or contact us to arrange.
Returns & Exchanges

Customers cover the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged. We recommend tracked and insured shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds or exchanges are processed in 3–5 business days.
Yes. Clearance, final sale, and custom/personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
We’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just send us photos and your order details within 7 days of delivery.
Warranty
We stand behind our lifetime color warranty. If your piece fades, tarnishes, or discolors under normal everyday use, we’ll replace or repair it.
